How to Cook a London Broil – Teriyaki Style

Oh Baby, this is the bomb.

The marinade is so flavorful you won’t believe how basic it is.

And it is unbelievably simple.

All you need is

  1. Honey
  2. Soy sauce
  3. Garlic
  4. London broil (or 4 if your family is the size of mine)

That’s all.

To make the marinade, mix 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup soy sauce in a bowl.  Mince 4-5 cloves garlic & add to the sauce.

Pour over the rinsed London broil.

Let marinade for at least 4 hours up to overnight.

Go heat up your grill as hot as you can get it.

Grill 2 minutes on each side or until medium rare.

When this comes off the grill, let it rest for a few minutes so it will stay tender and juicy.  Slice against the grain & serve to very happy people.
