Are sugar snap peas a side dish?
I am going out on a limb and say, "definitely."
Last night I made a honey balsamic pork shoulder in the Instapot and it was magnificent (recipe HERE). I served it with a fresh salad and a bowl of sugar snap peas we picked from the garden an hour before dinner.
The season is here. The food is fresh.
We can eat frozen, canned, or store-bought veggies any time of year. There are only a few months . . .
