September Menu 1 – Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken, Bone-in Pork Chops, & Spicy Chicken Skillet (JTMWTC)

September is here and I am holding my breath wishing for some cooler weather.

Because the produce is still coming in like mad, plan to continue serving lots of fresh fruits and veggies as sides (or salads) to go with your meals.

Produce that is easy to find at many farmer's markets now:  pears, peaches, melons and of course the continued onslaught of tomatoes and cucumbers.

TIP #1:  Bake extra chicken on Day 1 and use the leftovers to make the Creamy Chicken Bake on Day 2.

TIP #2:  Be sure to eat locally grown . . .
