Balls of meat.
I know that I think my recipes are the best.... but I have eaten a bunch of meatballs and these really rock. Like, the bomb.
I used 1/2 cup FRESH oregano, 1/2 cup FRESH basil, and a handful of fresh parsley straight from the garden. There is something about cooking with an ingredient that was growing in a garden 10 minutes ago that is life-changing.
I. Am. Speechless.
These meatballs need nothing. No sauce. No pasta. No spaghetti . . .
