Castiron does amazing things to meat. It's true. Just try to bake cornbread in a glass casserole. It's disappointing, unpredictable and mediocre at best. Put that cornbread batter in a cast iron skillet and it's a slamdunk everytime. Perfect cornbread recipe here.
