Baked Green Beans with Tomatoes
When the green beans are fresh off the vine, right out of the garden, you can toss them in a pan with some butter & salt and be happy.
If your green beans have been snapped, salted, crammed into jars, pressure canned and sitting on shelves in your basement for 9 months they are going to need a little more help.
At least, mine need a bit of help.
