Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter melted
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh milled flour soft white
- 2 cups Apples (peeled, cored, diced)
- 1 cup nuts

Recipe Notes
Melt butter. Stir in sugar and egg – never beat. Add vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir in flour. Mix well. Last, stir in apples & nuts. Pour in a buttered 9 inch square casserole (or in muffin tin with wrappers).
Bake 340 for 50 minutes (or until done).
