Apple Tart (or muffins)
This Apple Tart is a unique sweet that will have dessert-haters asking for seconds. Every bite provides a mouthful of fresh apples & giant nut pieces with just enough cinnamon wonderfulness to hold it all together. It can be baked as a tart or muffins.

Recipe Notes

Melt butter.  Stir in sugar and egg – never beat.  Add vanilla, cinnamon, soda, and salt.  Stir in flour.  Mix well.  Last, stir in apples & nuts.  Pour in a buttered 9 inch square casserole  (or in muffin tin with wrappers).

Bake 340 for 50 mintues (or until done).
