March Menu 2 – Easy Ground Beef Week (JTMWTC)

It.  Is.  Spring.

Hallelujah.

It's still too early to be harvesting food from the garden, so I will be pulling the last spaghetti squash from the basement (can you believe I still have squash from last year?) and assembling iceberg lettuce in the salad to remain as seasonal as I can.

I know many of you have made the switch to fresh-milled flour and I want to tell you how proud you should be.  You are doing more for your health than you may ever know.  There are so many health benefits associated with fresh, whole . . .
