I hope you are enjoying the pumpkin season.  We have been eating pumpkin every weekend.  I have a strict policy of no sweets during the week, so on the weekends, we have been baking all sorts of orange things.

This week's menu includes seasonal foods that I hope you can find locally (apples, root vegetables, sweet potatoes, and kale).

Most gardens are going crazy thanks to the cool temperatures so I expect that if you have a garden planted, you'll be enjoying fresh food for another month or more.  If you aren't gardening . . .
