I have avoided talking about dove hunting here on the blog. It is a controversial subject, and many avid hunters chose to not hunt dove.
I understand the reason some folks chose not to, but I also believe that dove is a healthy meat for those who chose to enjoy it.
If you have never tasted dove, you would probably love it.
It is poultry, so it has the whole 'tastes like chicken' thing going on. Additionally, dove meat . . .
