Asparagus with Parmesan
Spring is practically here, so asparagus is fresh and on sale at my favorite fruit stand. The asparagus was on sale for $1 for a bunch, so I bought 4.
I love to eat seasonally. Even when I don't eat from my garden, I try to eat in season. This ensures I am eating fresher food, that traveled less, was picked recently, and is on sale. At least, that's the plan.
Yes, we will be eating plenty more asparagus before spring is over - which means I need to get creative.
