Green Kale Juice
Christmas was merry and bright and my pants are tight. Juicing is my favorite way to shed a few pounds quickly. I simply replace breakfast and lunch with juicing (lots of juicing!). I typically snack on fresh fruits and veggies and eat a clean supper. After 3 days I am usually back to my normal weight and in my skinny jeans.
