Whole Wheat Bread
This is a basic whole wheat loaf bread recipe. It has a nice mild flavor so it lends itself well to making cinnamon rolls, pizza rolls, and other flavored bread.
Put water, oil, honey, and yeast in a large, heavy-duty mixer with dough hook inserted.
Use a grain mill to grind 11 cups of wheat berries into flour. 9 cups hard white wheat berries & 2 cups of spelt berries. If you do not have any spelt, you can use all hard white.
NOTE: 11 cups of wheat berries will make 17 cups of flour . . .
