This is a meal. You need nothing else.
I am the queen of eating off one dish for days. It fulfills me. When I smoke a pork butt I can feed my family for a week with the bounty. This is one of those fabulous dinners I can throw together in minutes.
Another thing I like about this particular meal is that I set out the buffet & the family feeds themselves. I love to cook. I love to eat. Somewhere . . .
