Lettuce Wedge with Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing
Romain, bibb, buttercrunch and baby greens are all for spring, summer and fall. Once we get into late fall and winter the only salads that can be eaten from local suppliers are going to start with an iceberg head, cabbage or kale.
