Some cheeses are really difficult to make... like mozzarella. Others are perfectly simple... like feta. It will take a few days, but it's not hard. The cheese is basically sitting on your counter for 5 days - you don't have to do much.
If you are new to making cheese or scared to get started - this one is a slamdunk.
Begin with 1 gallon of goats milk . . .
