This is addictive, wonderful and spicy. I serve it like fajitas and let my family assemble their own dinners.
This is a great way to use leftover chicken or rabbit meat.
Saute peppers & onion in a saucepan on stove top in lard until veggies are tender. Add broth, salt and flour. Allow to simmer on medium/low until thickened.
Stir in sour cream, corn & chicken.
Serve in tortillas with toppings of your choice.
