Creamy Parmesan Dressing
Nothing beats homemade salad dressing.
I prefer the creamy ones.
This is a simple dressing you can whip up in less than 5 minutes. It's tasty and you won't have garlic breath the rest of the night.
To make the dressing:
Grate the Parmesan cheese into a bowl. For a smooth dressing grate the cheese really fine.
Add all the other ingredients & stir together. Refrigerate for 1 hour (or more) before serving.
