I am pro-fat, pro-bacon and pro-sausage.
I do raise my own pork and am pretty sure my processor thinks I am a pain (no nitrates, no nitrites, no MSG... please and thank you).
After all that work of raising sausage, you better believe I'm going to enjoy it to its fullest.
