Herb Gardening Part 2
There is just so much to cover with it comes to herbs! I can not emphasize enough what a difference fresh herbs can make in your life. Fresh herbs provide substantial health benefits. Parsley is one of the healthiest of foods. Garlic is a natural antibiotic (and antiviral). Peppermint will soothe an upset stomach. Lavender is a naturally calming (when consumed in a tea) and healing in a salve.
