We took our first lamb to the processor. It was a sad day, especially for my youngest son. I'll admit that parting with a lamb was much different than cows, pigs or meat chickens.
Meat chickens are pretty much disgusting, so I am never attached to them. Not to mention there are usually 25 or 50 of them.
