I had a fantastic year raising meat chickens. I told a friend I would raise some with her so we could butcher them together. She had never done it before and let's just say I have.
My friend, J, came over to help with the processing. He is the expert who has taught me how to kill many animals. He processes pigs, lambs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, squirrel, deer, and probably anything else you happen to have dead.
He's a great resource and he and I have killed an unknown number of livestock together.
