Well, we are making steady progress in the farm move department.

1. We have a house plan dialed in.
2. We have chosen a builder.
3. We purchased the land.
4. We have the financing in place (for the construction loan).
5. And the 'site evaluation' for the septic system went swell.

What is a Site Evaluation, you ask?  We gathered a small group of 12 random people to go to our farm and evaluate the dirt (this is a necessary step that must be performed to ensure the land . . .
