I have 2 favorite vehicles for finishing food:
1- Any vessel that cooks food for me while I do something else [crockpot, Instapot, Dutch oven, or roaster].
AND
2- GRILLING - because I don't (usually) grill. I hand a plate of seasoned meat to someone else and they do it. Joy!
We have actually been able to use the grill a few times in the past couple of weeks. Which delights me beyond words.
