I have so many pears.  Like, so many.

3 bushels to be exact.

Since I have a plethora of them in my possession, I've been baking up all sorts of pear-infused wonderful things.

SIDENOTE:  I rarely make desserts.  I mean, rarely.  If it is your birthday, Christmas or Thanksgiving I will bake a nice dessert.  That's about it.
