I must confess that I once said that BBQ bacon burgers were my favorite burgers... I take it back. I have had a long love affair with jalapeno-cheddar burgers.
I am really persnickety about them too. I refuse to eat them unless they are made with FRESH jalapenos. Like, fresh-picked from the garden and full of juice and flavor.
The canned version will never do.
