Soft FlatBread
I am addicted to flatbread.
Flatbread is a soft bread, usually shaped like a flat disk. It is thicker than tortillas or pita bread. It is delicate and soft as a cloud. It is wonderful dipped in herb soft cheeses, served alongside soups or used to make sandwiches.
Really, this stuff is outstanding,
Making flatbread is a pretty simple, fast process. It is fried on the stove top in a skillet so it's ready in just a couple minutes.
