Pork Dry Rub

This is my Favorite Dry Rub.  It is a great rub for any pork roast, butt or loin.

Combine all spices in bowl & mix well.

To season meat:

  1. Wash & dry meat
  2. Score the fat if desired prior to seasoning
  3. Rub entire surface of meat thoroughly with dry rub
  4. Cover tightly in plastic wrap
  5. Let season in refrigerator overnight
  6. Roast, grill or smoke the pork according to your recipe the next . . .
