Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing
This is an easy dressing that can be made in a flash.
It has a bit of spice thanks to the mustard. It is fresh, bright and I love it.
This is super easy.
To Make the Dressing:
Simply grab a mason jar and drop in the lemon juice, oil, rind, maple syrup, salt, pepper and mustard & whisk to combine. Taste the dressing & season more if needed.
Set aside - the dressing is done!!
To make salad:
Wash, dry & trim stems . . .
