Hearty Beef Stew.
This is a straight-forward, no frills beef stew. And it's wonderful.
I've eaten some beef stews that were thin and brothy. Thanks to the flour-coated beef cubes, this stew is thick and hearty. It isn't fancy or fussy and is made with simple ingredients you probably have on hand (and maybe grew in your yard).
You can put this together in about 15 minutes.
