It's no secret that I don't like kale. I've decided that it's a weed who someone pronounced healthy, so now the whole world is eating it.
Even though it's not my favorite, I eat it.
Why? Because I am a homesteader who grows her food.
And, since I grow my own food - I eat what I grow.
One positive thing I can say about kale is that it is easy to grow . . .
