A pork butt is maybe one of the most delicious things you can put in your mouth. And, they are so easy to pull off. I truly thought these folks smoking these pork butts had some magical formula or secret (green egg) mechanism that made the pork butt into the spectacle I know and love.
Well, I'm going to tell you the secret (a couple of them actually) to roasting the perfect Boston Style Pork Butt. And, you don't need a green egg.
