Ribs and bacon, there is never enough. Even if you raise your own hogs, you will probably run out of ribs and bacon first.
There is not a soul in this house who does not begin drooling when I mention ribs.
Simply the best. Baby back ribs are the ribs on a pig closest to the loin - which makes them tender and wonderful.
