I wanted a chicken casserole. I wanted a creamy, cheesy, gooey mess.
I didn't want any pasta, rice, tortillas or enchiladas.
I didn't want anything processed or fake.
I didn't want canned soup.
I wanted real food - with a nice kick.
I baked this & it was fabulous.
This could be served in flour tortillas, enchiladas, on flatbread, with pita chips . . .
