A Note About London Broil-
I adore London broil. If you don't have any "London broil" look for "flat iron steak" or "flank steak."
They are all from the same place on the cow and they are all wonderful, thin, giant steaks that can feed a hungry family. If your London broil is on the smaller side, make a couple.
