The Drought
Everything is dead.
Everything is brown.
The world is a dust bowl.
There is no grass.
We have a small, tiny, minuscule hobby farm situation and the drought has been hard on us. I can not imagine farming on a large scale in such horrible conditions.
I live outside of Louisville, Kentucky.
Kentucky is known for fast horses and rolling hills of beautiful bluegrass. We have a state covered in lush, green things. It is a beautiful place.
Not this year.
