August Menu 2- Frittata, London Broil & Homemade Pizzas (JTMWTC)

It is mid-August and for the homesteader, life is insane right now.

The kitchen looks like a fruit stand.  The refrigerators are so packed with produce, there's no more room. There are tomatoes to blanch, beans to snap, cucumbers to pickle, peaches to can, and spaghetti sauce to make.

In addition to the canning, the garden and the farm work; the kiddos are all going back to school in some form other right now.

So life is crazy and we don't have time for major supper projects.

This means the meals must be simple and fun . . .
