Bourbon Bananas Foster.
Well- I do live in Kentucky, so I'm not going to use rum or banana liquor. A good Kentucky Bourbon makes the best bananas foster you've ever tasted.
If you've never heard of "bananas foster" be very happy you are hearing about it now. It's in my top 3 favorite foods of all time. And I am a pretty critical judge.... especially when it comes to desserts.
