These little morsels are great.

I like venison.  Especially the legs.  I typically roast a deer leg every month or two.  Yes, we harvest a bunch of deer.  Last season we put 8 in the freezer.  We always leave the front legs whole.... that's 16 deer legs I have in my freezer.
