Everyone makes roasted potatoes. These are just a tad different. When I bring them to potlucks people will ask me, "Why can't I stop eating these? What did you put in these potatoes?"
The answer is..... Pork.
Bacon fat has a way of teleporting hum-drum foods into amazing adventures. Mmmm Bacon grease.
