This could easily replace the turkey on Thanksgiving. And, you'd never miss him.
I am using a pastured, home-raised pork loin to make this fabulous dish.
This is a one pot meal that is fit for royalty. It is not difficult to assemble and it finishes beautifully every time I make it.
The only down-side to this feast is that it is gargantuan. Don't get this going unless you have company coming or are really hungry . . .
