Easy Steamed Broccoli
There is more than one way to steam broccoli.
I have used several in my kitchen. They all equally cook the broccoli and I really don't prefer one method to the other.
Choosing the right cooking approach depends more on how busy my oven/stove is than anything else.
You can steam broccoli on the stovetop, in the oven or even the microwave. Really.
I begin the broccoli preparations exactly the same no matter where I am planning to do the steaming.
Wash and cut up the broccoli. Be sure to include the floret . . .
