Mushrooms in White Wine Garlic Sauce
I like to change things up a bit here in the kitchen.
Although there is nothing wrong with this mushrooms in butter sauce recipe, sometimes I want something different in a mushroom.
This is a bit lighter and just as tasty.
I am using baby portabella mushrooms. Button mushrooms would also be perfect for this simple side dish.
