Cilantro Lime Dressing

Cilantro Lime Dressing

Cilantro Lime Dressing

This dressing is the bomb.

I like it on my steak salads.

I like it on my lettuce wraps.

I like it on my tortillas.

I like to dip veggies in it.

I like to drizzle it over fresh avocado.

You just can’t go wrong with cilantro & lime on anything, if you ask me.

This dressing/ dip/ sauce is scrumptious and easy to make.

To make the cilantro lime dressing:

Combine:  1 Cup mayo, 1 handful fresh cilantro, the juice from 1 lime, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of garlic powder.

Stir to combine.

To use as a dip, leave it as is.  If you would like to make it into more of a “dressing,” thin it with a tablespoon of milk (or water).

Enjoy!
