Quick & Easy- Garlic & Herb Hard Cheese
Technically, I suppose this is a semi-hard cheese. But, I'm not getting that technical. The remarkable thing about this particular "hard cheese" is that it doesn't require waxing or aging for 2-6 months. No, you will be eating this cheese in hours, not months.
Although I've been making cheese in one form or another for over 4 years, I still do not consider myself a seasoned cheese-maker.
