Cream Cheese with Garlic & Chives
Owning a milk cow will eventually take you to uncharted territory. At least, it has me doing things I never dreamed of doing.
Like making cheese.
Those of us crazy enough to milk our own cows are not doing these things to save money. Purchasing butter, cheese and ice cream would certainly be easier and most likely cheaper (if you factor in a per hour wage for the work). But I'm still gonna make mine . . .
