Frittata
A frittata is a quiche without the crust.
It's great.
I made this with 9 eggs thinking that my kids would just pick at it.
I was wrong. All 4 of them LOVED it.
I suggest you go big with your frittata then you'll have leftovers for breakfast.
First, prepare some goodies to go in your frittata.
The sky is the limit.
