Mexican Wedding Cookies
This recipe is fantastic.  The cookies are buttery, flowing with pecans and not too sweet. AND they are made with fresh milled (soft white) flour so they are almost health food!

Recipe Notes

Grab a medium bowl and soften the butter in it.  Whisk or use an electric mixer to cream in the confectioners sugar.  Stir in the vanilla and water.  Add the flour, salt, and nuts & mix (or whisk) until blended.

Set the dough somewhere cool (like the refrigerator) to chill for an hour or more.

Roll the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees.

Once cool, roll the cookies in confectioners sugar.

Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
