Ham Sandwich
My favorite ham sandwich

Grab whatever bread you have left from the Easter Feast, slice it thick and toast it just lightly! I set my tiny top oven on “broil” and run the bread in for 2-3 minutes. I like my sandwiches on warm bread.
Slather the slices of bread with plenty of GOOD mayo and add 2 slices (one on each slice) of Ghost Pepper Monterrey Jack Cheese and slide the bread back under the broiler just long enough to melt the cheese.
Take the bread out of the oven and move to a plate (carefully- it’s hot).
Pile on a ridiculous amount of ham, then some lettuce, and last some tomatoes. If you like spice (which I do), squirt on your favorite horseradish sauce and slice that baby in half.
